Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By using Quick Morse (quickmorse.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the site.

Use of the Service

Quick Morse provides a free Morse code translator, decoder, and educational reference content. You may use the site and its tools for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes. No account or payment is required to use the core translator.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Quick Morse to: attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its infrastructure; scrape, copy, or republish the site’s content or tool functionality at scale without permission; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site not intended for public use.

Intellectual Property

The content on Quick Morse — including written text, page layouts, and the design of the translator tool — is owned by Quick Morse unless otherwise noted. Morse code itself is a public communication standard and is not owned by anyone; you’re free to use, translate, and share Morse code freely. What’s protected is our specific content and tool, not the underlying Morse code system.

Advertising

Quick Morse does not currently display advertising. We plan to display ads in the future through networks such as Google AdSense. Once ads are active, they will be provided by third-party advertising partners, and your interactions with those ads are subject to those partners’ own terms and privacy practices, not ours. This section will be updated with specifics once advertising is live.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Quick Morse and its Morse code translator are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy, we don’t guarantee that translations, definitions, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose — including situations where accuracy is critical, such as real emergency communication. Do not rely on this site as your sole method of sending or interpreting an actual distress signal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Morse is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to reliance on translated content, tool errors, or site downtime.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, including as the site adds new features like advertising or analytics. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
